ARMOR POLY® VCI films come in a variety of forms to suit various packaging needs. The broad line of high performance ARMOR POLY® VCI includes bags, sheets, rolls, tubes, gusseted liners in addition to other custom VCI Poly products. Films are transparent and heat sealable and provide the combined benefit of barrier and anti-corrosion protection in a simple to use form.
ARMOR POLY® VCI-HDPE
ARMOR POLY® VCI-High Density Polyethylene is an excellent choice for interleaving on returnable trays or wherever conformability is critical. Provides optimal protection in thin guages such as 1.25 mil without the bulk of paper. Due to it's thin guages and compaction, offers a great alternative to paper when source reduction is important.
ARMOR POLY® VCI-LDPE
Linear Low Density Polyethylene is our most popular film. ARMOR POLY® offers the benefits of a barrier along with superior corrosion inhibiting protection. ARMOR POLY® is available in nearly any size from small 4"x6" zipper bags to 20 ft. x 100 ft. sheeting.

ARMOR POLY® VCI films are made from high-tech resins, utilizing cutting edge extrusion technology. All of our products are recyclable and non-toxic. ARMOR POLY® ranges from 50,75,100,150 microns in thickness and is manufactured to your size specifications, up to 1.32 meter wide.
